5. road to 24: the remedy to corruption.

for every man who have decided to walk according to the principles and precepts of God, there is a fight between conscience, convictions and corruption, that is why the scripture gave us Galatians 5:6 (for in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love) as the only remedy to corruption - which tends to prevail over conscience and conviction especially when we try by ourselves.

the Holy Spirit dwells in the heart of those whom he has renewed and sanctified, to guide and assist them in the way of their duty and walk with God

when we follow the guidance and tender motions of the spirit, if it be our desire to follow them, though we might not be free from the oppositions of our corrupt nature, we will be kept from fulfilling it so that even as we are in the world, the world doesn't dominate us.

the best antidote against the poison of sin is to walk in the spirit - to converse with spiritual things, to mind the soul more than we mind the bod, to commit ourselves to the word wherein the spirit makes known the will or desires of God concerning us.
