4. road to 24: the way of escape!

Though we must take heed lest we fall while thinking we stand, yet we must not be terrified and fearful, for either our trials will be proportioned to our strength or more strength will be supplied in proportion to our temptation.

we live in a world where everything, place and body seems to come with it's own share of temptation, but there's comfort - as usual for us because;

1. no temptation, trial, whatsoever that comes your way is new. they are but common, because they have been experienced in one way or the other in history.

2. God is faithful, God is true. our strength and security is in him. he will keep the convenant, his promise and will never disappoint the hope and trust if his children.

3. he is a wise God. he will not suffer us to be tempted beyond what we can be able to bear. if we rely on him, he will take care that we are not overcome. we need not worry about the difficulties in our way when it's God's responsibilities that we do not encounter them.

4. he will make a way of escape. there is no valley so dark that he can't find a way through it, no affliction so grievous that he can't prevent or remove, and even enable us to go through it without breaking and come out stronger with him overruling it to our advantage.
